1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing PostMyDoc.au and uploading a document, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using the service immediately.
2. Service Description and Fulfillment
PostMyDoc provides a platform where users upload PDF documents to be printed and mailed.
- Manual Fulfillment: You acknowledge that orders are currently fulfilled manually by PostMyDoc personnel before being lodged with Australia Post.
- Service Area: We provide nationwide mailing within Australia.
3. User Warranties & Prohibited Content
You warrant that you own the copyright or have the legal authority to print and distribute the content of your uploaded PDF. You agree not to upload content that is:
- Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property.
- Unsolicited marketing or “junk mail” in violation of the Spam Act 2003.
- PostMyDoc reserves the right to refuse service and delete prohibited content without a refund.
4. Australian Post & Delivery Disclaimer
- Lodgement: Our responsibility ends once the mail is accepted by Australia Post.
- Delays: PostMyDoc is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by Australia Post, weather events, or industrial action.
- Inaccurate Addresses: We print exactly what you provide. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, PostMyDoc’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the re-supply of the service or a refund of the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any consequential loss, loss of profit, or damages resulting from delayed or lost mail.
6. Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostMyDoc and its personnel from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or the content of the documents you upload.
